Avr based lipo charger Print E-mail
An AVR based lipo charger
is something that can be integrated into an AVR design, in order to
keep the supply of power constant. This is ideal for example, in a
robot or a remote controlled vehicle. A lipo (lithium) battery can be
used in many aspects of AVR circuitry systems, and by building your own
version of a lipo charger, you will be able to unsure that there is a
good power supply running around your circuit board, as well as the
internal workings of your project. Lithium batteries come in a variety
of different power denominations, because of their size, they are
powerful and efficient to build into designs. From hearing aids, to
remote controlled vehicles, to iPods and laptops, lipo batteries are
very common in modern day life. They are popular because they offer the
highest power output per weight of battery.
For extra power, lipo cells can be used in sequence to obtain that
extra voltage, but there are many specific guidelines to work within
when using and trying to recharge lip batteries. An AVR based lipo
charger needs to charge to the right voltage, as anything less than
their nominal voltage of 3.7 will damage the battery cells, and
anything over 4.2 volts in a charge will start to become very
dangerous. When used
